Assistant trainers help you to run your sessions and manage your clients. They are "assistants" which means they don't have access to everything in your business, such as charging your clients or view your financial data.
Assistant trainers cannot create sessions, update client information or create programs for you.
You can invite assistant trainers from the Admin tab on the Business Web Portal. Just enter their email address and we'll take care of the rest.
We'll send them an invitation to join PT Mate if they don't have an account yet. If they do, they'll receive a notification on their Overview page (both portal and app) to respond and connect with you.
If your assistant doesn't have an account yet, they'll receive an invite to join PT Mate. In the process, they will automatically be connected to your training space.
Alternatively, if they've previously signed up with PT Mate, they'll receive a notification on the app or web portal. They can either accept or decline the invite.
You can remove any assistant trainer from your training space any time. Their access will be revoked instantaneously.
Note that you can re-invite any trainer to join your space again.
