You can use Billing & Finance in PT Mate from the start. In order to use its full potential and directly charge your clients through the app, you will have to enable billing with Stripe.
Stripe requires additional information to verify your identity and set up your account (such as bank details, for example). This is why you need to enable it separately if you wish to use it.
You can do so in your account settings and follow the prompts. Once enabled, you'll be able to charge your clients' cards and set up direct debits.
Stripe requires identity verification. This can be done by simply uploading an identity document in PT Mate. You'll see in your account settings once the verification is complete.
Note: This process usually just takes a few hours but can take up to 48 hours.
By default, you can only create certain products and log cash payments on PT Mate. Enabling billing with Stripe allows you to use all our Billing features, including:
Stripe charges you different fees, such as as per payment or subscription/direct debit. PT Mate's payment fee is 2.25% + $0.30. This includes Stripe's payment fee.

You'll be paid out on Mondays. These payments include everything that was processed until the previous Thursday (included). If you want to be paid out daily, please let us know. We offer different options to accomodate you.
If you have an existing Stripe account, you can connect it to PT Mate. Just let us know in the chat on the Business Web Portal.
Once connected it is important to know that you need to set up everything in PT Mate (not Stripe) in order to work correctly.
Payouts will happen instantaneous and are not bound to the weekly payout schedule.
